Real estate has given Saha Sahardid the opportunity to experience the industry from more than one perspective. From sales and land to property management, leasing and business development, each part of his career has shaped the way he works with property owners today.

That experience has given Saha a strong understanding of not only property, but the decisions that come with owning one. His experience also includes being involved in the sale of more than 180 residential lots, further broadening his knowledge across investment, development and the wider property market.

Today, as Business Development Manager at Ray White Coburg, Saha works closely with property owners and investors across Melbourne’s north. Whether it’s leasing a property for the first time, reviewing an existing investment or making the move from another agency, his focus is on making the process clear, straightforward and well managed from the beginning.

Saha understands that every client, property and situation is different. He believes the best outcomes start with listening first, understanding what matters to the owner and providing advice that is practical, considered and tailored to their circumstances.

Having worked across both sales and property management, Saha is able to look beyond the immediate tenancy and understand the bigger picture. An investment property is a significant asset, and he believes the decisions surrounding it should always be made with both today and the future in mind.

For Saha, however, real estate has always been about more than property. Building genuine, long-term relationships is an important part of how he works. He takes pride in being approachable, responsive and someone his clients feel comfortable turning to - whether it’s about their property today, their plans for the future or simply a question they need an honest answer to.

Outside of real estate, Saha enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends and continuing to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
